„I was“ as a form of self-destruction, subtly touching us with its tentacles.
As if the eternal battle between what I WAS, what I am and what I will be.
Our inner feeling that the prime is behind us and the destructive thought that now „I AM NOT“ (what I was).
But as philosophers say – a part of us must die in order to make room and rebuild ourselves through our past (me).

„I was“ is a symbolic punishment we inflict on ourselves.
Thoughts that act like a whiplash that we are powerless to stop. The need to watch the wounds and make sure they don’t heal until the pain makes us numb. Numb to „I was.“
